Tungsten is a very hard

Tungsten is a very hard and dense metal, mined from Wolframite ore. It melts at an extraordinary 6,100 degrees Fahrenheit–the highest melting point of all metals. Tungsten rings are one of the hardest metals around. They are approximately 4 times harder than titanium and 5 times harder than steel. Only superman could destroy this ring. (yet, in the event of an emergency, a medical or jewelry professional can cut the ring off with special tools)

Another cool thing about tungsten rings, is that they have a heavy feel to them. And what better to remind your man of his committment to you, when a hot-looking girl walks by :)

From what I've read about tungsten rings, they will maintain their shiny, flawless surface for many years to come. Keep in mind, that in order to stay polished in appearance, the tungsten ring must contain carbide. As some tungsten rings, are sold without carbide and are therefore not scratch-resistant, make sure that you purchase a tungsten ring that includes it.

Beware that many tungsten and tungsten carbide rings have Cobalt in them. Tungsten that contains cobalt is easier to obtain and such rings are commonly sold. Tungsten rings that contain cobalt may cause allergic reactions!! An itchy, green ring finger is not cool. Also, after a short time period the ring will react to oils in human skin and develop oxidation spots that cannot be removed or polished out. The spots are unattractive and give off an appearance akin to tarnished silver.

Diamond wedding rings are a fairly recent phenomenon; up until about sixty years ago, most married couples wore simple gold bands. Today, diamond wedding ring sets are fairly common. There are even diamond wedding bands for those who prefer these to diamond wedding rings that have a set stone in them.

The Story of Diamond Jewelry

Throughout recorded history, diamond jewelry has been treasured and sought after. However, it wasn't until about 500 years ago that the art and science of diamond cutting was born. Most of the stones that find their way into diamond wedding rings are cut and appraised in the Belgian city of Antwerp, which has been the center of the diamond business since the mid-1500s.

The DeBeers Company - formed in the 1880s by Sir Cecil Rhodes, for whom the African colony was Rhodesia (now independent Zimbabwe and Zambia) was named - was instrumental in creating an artificial market for diamond jewelry, particularly diamond wedding ring sets, where none had existed previously. It is true that Archduke Maximilian I of Austria presented his bride, Marie of Burgundy with a diamond wedding ring on the occasion of their wedding in 1477, but that did not set a general precedent. That precedent had to wait another 423 years.

On some day, one of my friends carry a wide selection of  pearl jewelry, from pearl beads, cultured pearl strands, freshwater pearl neckalce, pearl bracelet, wholesale pearl ring, freshwater pearl earrings, other shaped pearls and cultured pearl pendant, freshwater pearl earrings to cheap sterling silver jewelry and full sets of pearl jewelry, expertly hand-crafted using only the fines pearls by pearl wholesale store to me. I am a jewelry lover, in my spara time I often find some single pearl necklace on the market and internet, especially on the internet, a various world, in there you can find whatever you want and find your interest on there..
